Whether hearty Swabian, fish or meat, vegetarian or sweet, in the restaurant tiled stove is cooked traditionally and with a lot of love.
Our cuisine not only conjures up Swabian specialties, such as homemade Allgäuer Kässpätzle, Zwiebelrostbraten, Kaiserschmarrn and Allgäuer schnitzel, but also other refined dishes, such as fresh salad bowls, delicious toasts and pasta and homemade ice cream on the table.

Our meat comes from a country butchery from the Allgäu and also partly directly from our own highland cattle on the pasture. In addition to cattle, we also have our own free-range chickens, from which we can get our eggs daily. Fresh vegetables and fruit we get from a farmer from the Donauried. Beers, schnapps and liqueurs are from the Allgäu and a large part of our wines from the growing regions of Germany.
